COMMUNITY BUILDING, SOCIAL & OUTREACH MINISTRIES

COMMON GOOD

Volunteering in one of our Community Building, Social or Outreach ministries will give you a sense of belonging.  Come and help us create ripples of good in our community that will have lasting effects for years.

Refuge is our monthly night of Eucharistic Adoration, prayer and reflection. It takes place every third Thursday of the month and often includes praise and worship music, a speaker, and an opportunity to go to the sacrament of Reconciliation. It began in November 2016 with Fr. Frank Scott and parishioner Joe Cousineau. It is currently on pause, and set to resume again in the coming months.

Children's Ministry takes place at the 10:30am mass. Children join in the entrance procession and, from there, they are led to the parish hall by the team. Children learn about the lessons of the gospel with their peers in a way that is easy for them to understand. Art activities are included. This ministry is on pause but will begin again in the coming months.

Coffee Sunday is held on the last Sunday of the month and is a monthly fixture of hospitality and fellowship at our parish. It takes place right after the 9AM and 1030AM masses in the parish hall. It is a great oportunity for visitors and new Parishioners to get to know the parish, as well as a fitting time for celebrating special occasions. Anna R currently leads
