St. Augustine's Parish Diocesan Synod Survey

This form is for any baptized Catholic, no matter their current affiliation or practice with the Catholic Church. Pope Francis has asked all dioceses around the world to begin a dialogue with the laypeople of their parishes, to better understand what people are thinking and feeling about the Church. We pray for the Holy Spirit to be present through all of this, igniting our hearts to listen, hear, pray, and discuss the issues that are brought forward.
