Reopening of Sunday Mass in Ottawa

St. Augustine's is open for Sunday mass attendance this coming weekend (June 20-21). Fr. Frank is very happy about this and looking forward to welcoming your presence and prayer. On Friday, June 12, the Ontario government moved Ottawa to stage 2 of its provincial recovery plan from the effects of COVID-19. This allowed churches to open their doors for regular Sunday mass attendance, so long as safety protocols were put in place to allow for 30% of the church occupancy. This weekend, all 3 masses will be open on a first-come, first-served basis. Ushers will assist you with seating and ensure appropriate physical distancing measures are in place for all who enter the church. For more details on what that will look like in practice, please read the update below. Mass will continue to be available on St. Augustine's YouTube channel for those who cannot attend in person.
