Ontario State of Emergency in Effect until February 14, 2021
Ontario has declared a second state of emergency, due to high COVID-19 transmission rates in
the province.

During the current provincial lockdown, religious services (including Mass, Confession and individual prayer time), may continue with a restriction on attendance to a total of ten (10) people, or less at all times and all current health, safety and sanitation procedures must be strictly observed.
During this time, St. Augustine’s is adapting services as follows:
Weekday Liturgy: 9:00 a.m. Monday to Thursday
Celebrated in private.
Sunday Liturgy: 4:30 p.m. Saturday, 9:00 & 10:30 a.m. Sunday
Celebrated in private.
The Saturday, 4:30 p.m. Mass is recorded and available for viewing Sunday morning via the
parish YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCljbsBlUQuu41jByvbzwG4w
Confession
The Church is open for confession Weekdays (Mon. to Thurs.): 7:00 a.m. until the Rosary at
8:30 a.m. and Saturdays: 3:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. (10 people maximum – observe social
distancing).
Drive-in Distribution of Holy Communion
Because of the limited number of people who can attend Mass due to the current provincial
lockdown on Mass attendance, Holy Communion is being offered after the 10:30 a.m. Sunday
Mass, in the back parking lot. Ideally, parishioners should watch the Mass by livestream and then
go to the parish to receive Holy Communion, preparing themselves to receive the sacrament.
Ushers will be on hand in the parking lot to ensure that we follow the strict safety procedures and
health regulations necessary to keep everyone safe and to ensure that we do not jeopardize our
ability to make the Blessed Sacrament more available. This “drive-in distribution of Holy
Communion” is temporary.
Parish Office closed during this time
